Sam built a custom designed, 2 bedroom home in 2017 as a house and land package with Alatalo Bros. Sam wasn’t interested in a standard 3 or 4 bedroom home as he just didn’t need the additional rooms. Working with Alatalo, Sam was able to custom design a home that suited his exact requirements. He built a unique home with just 2 bedrooms, which allowed him to spend more of his budget on a larger living space and oversized bathroom. Sam’s favourite features of the home are the large windows, which allow plenty of natural light into the home, and of course his custom kitchen bench, designed by Flair Cabinets.
Having grown up in a home also built by Alatalo, Sam loved how well insulated the home was, so much so that Sam did not install any ducted heating. Sam loves his location and lives in a street which also hosts his brother (next door!) and his parents (across the road), and they all built their homes with Alatalo.
